The Dirt City board of directors is made up of local racers, race enthusiasts, and local business owners that are committed to the race way of life!

Don Demeny
President
Don Demeny is the current president of Lena Motorsports Club. He has been racing off-road since 1985. Don served as the vice president of MORR (Midwest Off Road Racing) since 2010. MORR is a non-profit organization that represents the Midwest sportsman drivers. Don lives in Abrams with his wife, Amy. They have two grown children, Cole and Drew. He is the Service Manager at Chrysler World in Abrams. Don has been volunteering in the community for most of his life. He has been serving on the Abrams Town Board since 1992. He was a member of the Abrams Volunteer Fire Department for 20 years. He was the chairman for the Abrams Day committee for 14 years. Don is presently a driver in the Sportsman Stock Truck class.
Don Holtger
Vice President

Don Holtger is from Klondike, WI.He is the President, CEO of Holtger Bros. Inc., a Utility Contractor that has been in business since 1947.Don is the owner of the Little Buckaroo Jr. Motorsports Park which is a 1/8 mile oval track for go kart racing in Cecil, WI.He is also the owner and manager of John Holtger Off-Road Racing.Don has been involved with off-road racing for over 25 years.

Stephanie Paitl
Secretary
Stephanie Paitl works at Oconto Electric Cooperative, where she's recently taken on the role of Chief Financial Officer. She's been at OEC since 1999. Steph grew up in Coleman, WI and now resides with her husband Craig, and sons Collin & Camden, in Lena. She's grown up around off-road racing and stays heavily involved by managing her family race team, Holtger Motorsports, and racing a 1600 Single Buggy. Steph is involved with MORR (Midwest Off Road Racing) and assists with their racer contingency program. When all things Dirt City aren't occupying her time, Steph likes to travel, relax at the family cabin on Kelly Lake and do various activities with her boys.
Jessica Schaden
Treasurer
Jessica Schaden works for her husband Troy at Electrical Service & Supplies, Inc as the secretary. She is the co-owner of Team Schaden Racing which currently runs the Super Stock Truck #829 Jessica lives in Abrams WI and has two grown children, Colin and Peyton, along with one grandchild Kayden Jessica has a huge love of animals, especially their fur baby Brielle, who travels everywhere including to work. She also enjoys traveling near and far, UTV riding, as well as boating and relaxing at their cabin near High Falls. Jessica also has a passion for cooking
Bob Marquardt
Director
Robert Marquardt is Owner of Marquardt Custom Homes. He has been managing and operating General Contracting Construction since 1992. He has developed a passion for growing and promoting his business, along with being very active within the local community on various projects and a member of the Lena Lions Club. Robert graduated from Lena High School and resides in the Lena area with his wife and 2 sons. He is passionate about racing as his family started competitive racing in 2002.
Troy Schaden
Director
Troy Schaden is the owner of Electrical Service & Supplies, Inc on Oconto, WI. He also is Plant Operator at Little Suamico Sanitary District, as well as one of th Track Directors at Dirt City Motorplex. Troy and his wife Jessica run and race the #829 Super Stock Truck. Troy has been racing for over 30 years in Motocross, Snocross, mountain biking and off road. While not working, Troy enjoys hunting, ice fishing, boating and spending time up North at their cabin
Mark Peterson
Director

Mark Peterson is employed at Fincantieri Marinette Marine in Marinette, WI. He has a degree in Bachelor of Science – Mechanical Engineering.
Mark started competitively racing off road in 1998 beginning in the buggy class and now in the 2 wheel drive full size truck class ‘Pro-2”.
In 2016 he was the Super Truck Points Champion.

Cory Marquardt
Director

Cory Marquardt is the owner of Cory's Crank and Nail, an auto, farm, industrial and race parts business, located in Lena.
Cory was born and raised in Lena, and continues to reside there with his wife Jodi, and their children, Kennedy and Sam. Having strong values about serving his community, Cory has served on the Lena Fire Department for the past 26 years as both a member and a Captain, is a member of the Lena Lions Club and has membership on various other community clubs and organizations.
Cory's passion for racing extends over the past 30 years, with his involvement in the world of Off-Road Racing for the past 10 years. While continuing to live his passion, he has begun shifting gears for racing success on to his children, building their race career with Short Course Off-Road Race Trucks, Mod Carts and the Stock Truck class.

Amber Holtger
Marketing
Amber Holtger is a Graphic Designer at Home Team Sports & Apparel in Green Bay, WI. She has been designing and managing screen printing and embroidery production since 2010. She has a degree in Marketing & Graphic Communications and Digital Photography. Amber also enjoys off-road racing, snowmobiling, riding 4-wheelers and dirt bikes and many other outdoor activities. She grew up on a farm in the small town of Beaver and graduated from Coleman High School. As of 2018 Amber became one of the 9 drivers on the Holtger Motorsports race team which also includes her husband Ben who races a Super Stock Truck.
Jessica Varner
Marketing

Jessica Varner works at Home Team Sports and Apparel, where she does designing and embroidery. She grew up going to the off road races since age 8 to watch her father race the stock truck class and then moving up to the super stock class. Her passion for the sport carried over to her thoughts of college and went on to graduate with a videographer and design degree. She would do all the videoing for her dad’s team and other racers over the years. Jessica also manages many race team’s social media pages.
