Troy Schaden
President
Troy Schaden is the owner of Electrical Service & Supplies, Inc on Oconto, WI. He also is Plant Operator at Little Suamico Sanitary District, as well as one of th Track Directors at Dirt City Motorplex.
Troy and his wife Jessica run and race the #829 Super Stock Truck. Troy has been racing for over 30 years in Motocross, Snocross, mountain biking and off road.
While not working, Troy enjoys hunting, ice fishing, boating and spending time up North at their cabin
Don Holtger
Vice President
Don Holtger grew up in Klondike, WI and now resides in Abrams, WI. He is the Vice President of the Lena Motorsports Club, which operates Dirt City Motorplex. Don is the CEO and co-owner of Holtger Bros. Inc., a Utility Contractor that has been in business since 1947. He is married to Jennifer and his children and grandchildren are all involved in different forms of racing. Don has been involved in the off-road circuit for over 26 years. When he's not off-roading, he oversees the Little Buckaroo Jr. Motorsports Park which is a 1/8 mile oval track for go-kart racing in Cecil, WI. Don has a huge passion for motorsports and he's been instrumental in supporting local tracks, racing organizations and drivers to help keep the sport alive.
Stephanie Paitl
Secretary
Stephanie Paitl works at Oconto Electric Cooperative, where she's recently taken on the role of Chief Financial Officer. She's been at OEC since 1999. Steph grew up in Coleman, WI and now resides with her husband Craig, and sons Collin & Camden, in Lena. She's grown up around off-road racing and stays heavily involved by managing her family race team, Holtger Motorsports, and racing a 1600 Single Buggy. Steph is involved with MORR (Midwest Off Road Racing) and assists with their racer contingency program. When all things Dirt City aren't occupying her time, Steph likes to travel, relax at the family cabin on Kelly Lake and do various activities with her boys.
Jessica Schaden
Treasurer
Jessica Schaden works for her husband Troy at Electrical Service & Supplies, Inc as the secretary. She is the co-owner of Team Schaden Racing which currently runs the Super Stock Truck #829
Jessica lives in Abrams WI and has two grown children, Colin and Peyton, along with one grandchild Kayden
Jessica has a huge love of animals, especially their fur baby Brielle, who travels everywhere including to work. She also enjoys traveling near and far, UTV riding, as well as boating and relaxing at their cabin near High Falls. Jessica also has a passion for cooking
Bob Marquardt
Director
Robert Marquardt is Owner of Marquardt Custom Homes. He has been managing and operating General Contracting Construction since 1992. He has developed a passion for growing and promoting his business, along with being very active within the local community on various projects and a member of the Lena Lions Club. Robert graduated from Lena High School and resides in the Lena area with his wife and 2 sons. He is passionate about racing as his family started competitive racing in 2002.
Jodi Marquardt
Director
Jodi Marquardt is the Clerk/Treasurer for the Village of Lena. She is very involved with the community and their events. Jodi is married to Cory Marquardt and has two children Kennedy & Sam who were all previous short-course racers.
Tom Jones
Director
Tom Jones is known as our "Track Boss". He started running equipment when he was 10 years old. He is a Supervisor for an excavation division at Peters Concrete and has worked there for over 21 years. Along with his excavation experience, he is a training officer on the Brazeau Fire Dept. and a member of the department's dive team. Tom makes sure the track conditions are the best they can be for every event.
Amber Holtger

Amber Holtger is a Graphic Designer at Home Team Sports & Apparel in Green Bay, WI. She has been designing and managing screen printing and embroidery production since 2010. She has a degree in Marketing & Graphic Communications and Digital Photography. Amber also enjoys off-road racing, snowmobiling, riding 4-wheelers and dirt bikes and many other outdoor activities. She grew up on a farm in the small town of Beaver and graduated from Coleman High School. As of 2018 Amber became one of the 9 drivers on the Holtger Motorsports race team which also includes her husband Ben who races a Super Stock Truck.
Jessica Varner
Marketing
Jessica Varner works at Home Team Sports and Apparel, where she does designing and embroidery. She grew up going to the off road races since age 8 to watch her father race the stock truck class and then moving up to the super stock class. Her passion for the sport carried over to her thoughts of college and went on to graduate with a videographer and design degree. She would do all the videoing for her dad’s team and other racers over the years. Jessica also manages many race team’s social media pages.
